Delivery information

In-Store Pickup of Online Orders

If you choose to pick up your order in-store, we will prepare it within 1–5 business days. You will be notified via phone, email, or SMS. If the order is paid for, you must collect it within 7 days; if unpaid, within 5 days. After this period, the order will be canceled, and the items will be returned to the shelves.

You can pay for your order in-store using cash or a bank card. Customers with valid agreements can make payments under the terms specified in their contracts.

When picking up your order, please have:

• Your order number
• A personal identification document. If someone else is collecting your order, please specify them as the recipient when placing the order. If the buyer is a legal entity, an authorization document is required.

Home or Office Delivery of Online Orders

If you choose home delivery, your order will arrive within two business days. For payments made by bank transfer, delivery will take 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Couriers deliver items according to a predefined route, so selecting an exact delivery time is not possible—only a preferred time slot.

Important! Some items may have non-standard delivery times. You can check the exact delivery date by contacting us at [email protected].

In major Lithuanian cities (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Alytus, Marijampolė, Panevėžys, Tauragė, Telšiai, Utena), deliveries are made on business days from 8:00 to 22:00. In other locations across Lithuania, deliveries take place from 8:00 to 18:00.

If you order multiple items of different sizes, they may be shipped as separate parcels, which may incur an additional shipping fee.

• Standard hardware delivery fee: €5 + VAT
• Free delivery for orders over €100 (excluding VAT)
  (Prices may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the ordered items. The final cost will be provided in the proforma invoice.)

Delivery to the Curonian Spit is subject to an additional custom fee, determined separately.
